Following her formal education in New Orleans, Louisiana, Gayle began working in the legal field in 1979 for a personal injury law firm in Metairie, Louisiana. She worked there for three years before she became an employee of the Davis ∙ Saunders Law Firm.

Gayle began her legal career with Davis ∙ Saunders in 1982 as a Notarial/Legal Secretary. Over the past twenty-four years, she has done a variety of duties as a legal secretary and client assistant, including scheduling doctor's appointments, helping clients with their insurance and medical needs, and transporting them to and from their appointments. She has assisted the attorneys in Railroad and Maritime Law,as well as other personal litigation since her employment at Davis ∙ Saunders.

Today, Gayle is the Administrative Client Assistant for the firm. She handles administrative duties and in-house accounting to keep the Davis ∙ Saunders Law Firm operating at its fullest potential.
