
Amanda Luc graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Paralegal Studies. She has been with the Davis∙Saunders Law Firm since April 2002.
While earning her degree, Amanda started working in the legal field in 1994 as an assistant in a defense firm. She began her career as a paralegal in 1999. As a trial assistant, she assists the attorneys in preparing cases from the initial interview through the actual jury trial. In addition, she helps with witness and exhibit preparation. She also prepares mediation presentations and power point trial presentations.
In the area of Aviation Law, Amanda assisted at a wrongful death trial with the firm in Orlando, Florida. In the area of Railroad Law (FELA), she assisted in both State and Federal cases throughout the Southeastern United States. In addition, Amanda assisted in Maritime cases for accidents that took place out of Africa, which required discovery in England on matters pending in the United States District Court in Lafayette, Louisiana. In the past, she worked on cases involving asbestos litigation and medical malpractice.

Originally from Pascagoula, Mississippi, Amanda now resides in Carriere, Mississippi with her husband, Jesse.
